Late October. Saturday night. A small group of cyclists gather in a vacant lot in downtown Durham.

The objective is simple. Visit three checkpoints and accomplish as many tasks on the ride sheet as possible in an hour.

The evening wrapped up at a local track for a round of bike polo and an awards presentation. (I won an Elvis bike horn)
